Nemara Hennigan

Nemara Hennigan arrived in Australia in 1996 with aspirations for a new life. Not long afterwards she came in contact with the beauty of Hawaiian Bodywork and philosophy.

Nemara embraced this way of life so much so that she was drawn to open The Sydney Ka Huna Centre of which she is owner. This centre has successfully spread the meaning of Aloha throughout Sydney, blessing many people with the opportunity to receive a transformative treatment.

Still hungry to inspire people, Nemara then completed the Heartworks Lomi Lomi Teacher Training (1999) with her teacher Mette Sorenson. In 2003 she had the opportunity to learn directly from the founder of Heartworks Lomi Lomi Sherman Dudoit.

Amongst other skills and tools Nemara has studied and acquired, she is dedicated to open peoples hearts through a journey of self, love, life and laughs.

 

Mette Sorenson

In 1980 Mette Sorenson started teaching and training in human movement, body language, massage and philosophy. Mette's Institute was formed in 1994, training KaHuna Bodywork (The Temple Style Massage), and has since grown to be both nationally and internationally recognised for its bodywork and personal development training courses.

In 1997 Mette trained with Sherman Dudoit in Hawaii and has since been given his blessing to teach and train other facilitators in the Heartworks Lomi Lomi method.

Mette's Institute offers highly qualified and experienced facilitators.

Sherman Dudoit

Sherman Dudoit, internationally acclaimed teacher and founder of the Heartworks Method of Bodywork and Massage. He has dedicated over 30 years of his life to intense spiritual devotion, through many different schools of meta-physical training, severe disciplines and austerites, and 6 years of seclusion and strict celibacy. He has received initiation in the science of Kriya Yoga, is a disciple of Paramahansa Yogananda and Sri Ramana Maharashi, and is an initiated apprentice of one of the last true Kahunas left in Hawaii.
